Deputy Principal & Campus Administrator

Reference Number: CIH-HR-05/2026

  • The Deputy Principal & Campus Administrator will deputize the Principal in providing leadership and oversight of the Institution while overseeing the day-to-day academic, administrative, and operational functions of the assigned campus. The role ensures effective delivery of academic programs, staff supervision, student support services, operational efficiency, compliance with the Institutional and regulatory standards, and implementation of the Institute’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and coordinate the day-to-day academic, administrative, and operational activities of the assigned campus.
  • Support implementation of the Institute’s strategic plan, policies, quality standards, and institutional objectives. 3) Oversee academic programs, student affairs, and learner support services to ensure quality training and a positive student experience
  • Promote professionalism, discipline, customer service, and positive student experience across the campus.
  • Supervise departmental heads, trainers, and support staff to ensure effective service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Support student enrolment growth, through marketing, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives within the campus catchment area.
  • Ensure proper utilization, maintenance and security of training facilities, learning resources, and institutional assets.
  • Coordinate compliance with TVET regulatory requirements and institutional quality assurance systems, including Quality management system standards (ISO 9001:2015).

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, education, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Academic administration, hospitality training or institutional Management.
  • Strong Leadership, Communication, and Organizational Skills
  • Proficiency in ICT and administrative systems
  • Experience in TVET or Hospitality Education will be an added advantage
