Deputy Quality Manager

Role purpose

  • Lead quality management and continuous improvement across Bliss Healthcare facilities, driving patient safety, regulatory compliance, consistent standards, and

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Studies, Quality Management, or a related field Master’s degree in Healthcare Management or a related discipline is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare quality management, quality assurance, or a related field
  • Strong experience in quality audits, SOPS, regulatory compliance, and team leadershipoperational excellence.
