Job Description

ESKIMI is a media company with 3 main products: multiplatform mobile social network with 22+ million users mobile programmatic platform with 250M+ unique monthly reach in Africa and mobile billing platform in Africa and Asia.

Digital Account Manager, East Africa (Client Services)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Make sure Account Management processes are working properly in your region.
  • Communicate with some of the biggest and most innovative brands in the world.
  • Drive product adoption in existing Tier 1 & 2 accounts.
  • Grow revenue from existing client portfolios and ensure regional upsell revenue.
  • Ensure client retention of your accounts.
  • Maintain communication with internal stakeholders, Ad Operation, Sales, Product & Creative teams, and Management teams.
  • Ensure and manage successful campaign launches and KPI reach.
  • Achieve revenue targets and internal KPI’s
  • Plan and prepare business proposals for existing clients.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU TO DO IT

  • At least 3 years experience of programmatic or digital channel (Google/Facebook/Youtube ads) planning.
  • Sales experience and proven track record of revenue targets.
  • Tech-savviness and a good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, independently, set and reach ambitious goals.
  • Sharing Eskimi values – growth, initiative & drive, and a high sense of ownership.
  • Creative mindset.
