Job Description

St. Luke’s Orthopaedic and Trauma Hospital is an ultra-modern hospital started in the year 2012, after operating as a clinic and an orthopaedics supplier since year 2005.

Digital Marketer

Key Responsibilities 

The successful candidate will:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across all digital platforms
  • Manage and optimize the hospital’s website and social media platforms
  • Create engaging digital content including graphics, videos, articles, and promotional campaigns
  • Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies
  • Monitor digital campaign performance and generate analytical reports
  • Manage online advertising campaigns including Google Ads and social media ads
  • Develop email marketing campaigns and maintain digital communication databases
  • Track trends in healthcare digital marketing and recommend innovative approaches
  • Strengthen the hospital’s digital brand presence and online reputation
  • Collaborate with internal departments to promote hospital programs, services, and events
  • Support digital patient engagement initiatives and service awareness campaigns

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants must possess:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Public Relations,
  • Media Studies, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in digital marketing preferably in a hospital set up
  • Demonstrated proficiency in digital advertising, SEO, social media management, and content creation
  • Experience using digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
  • Graphic design and basic video editing skills will be an added advantage
  • Experience in healthcare marketing is desirable
