Tech Care for All Africa (TC4A) is an innovative digital health company committed to transforming healthcare outcomes in Africa. We are renowned for our flagship Medical Learning Hub (MLH), a state-of-the-art platform reshaping healthcare education. Through MLH, we aim to enhance the skills and knowledge of healthcare providers across the continent.

Role Overview 

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Design Specialist to develop and execute digital marketing strategies for our AI imaging solutions and the Medical Learning Hub (MLH). This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence, increasing brand awareness, and engaging with our target audience across multiple African countries.

The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design skills, experience with SaaS onboarding processes, website creation and management capabilities, and the ability to create compelling collateral in the form of images, blogs, articles, and videos.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy 

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and tailor strategies to effectively reach and engage them across various digital platforms.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

Content Creation & Management

  • Create engaging and relevant content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Design compelling visual content, including graphics, infographics, social media posts, banners, and marketing materials.
  • Produce high-quality written content, such as blog posts, articles, and case studies that resonate with our audience.
  • Create and edit videos for promotional purposes, tutorials, and user engagement.
  • Manage and update website content, ensuring it reflects current offerings and messaging.
  • Utilize basic website creation and management skills to implement updates and improvements.

Social Media Management 

  • Oversee and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement and follower base.
  • Respond to comments and inquiries promptly to foster community engagement.

SEO & SEM 

  • Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to increase visibility and drive targeted traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.

Email Marketing 

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Segment email lists and personalize messaging to improve open and click-through rates.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.

SaaS Onboarding Processes 

  • Develop and implement onboarding strategies for our SaaS platforms (AI imaging solutions and MLH).
  • Create onboarding materials such as tutorials, guides, welcome emails, and instructional videos to enhance user adoption.
  • Collaborate with the product and development teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track and report on campaign performance.
  • Analyze data to gain insights and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare monthly reports on key metrics and present findings to the CEO and stakeholders.

Collaboration & Communication 

  • Work closely with the development, sales, and MLH teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Coordinate with external partners and agencies as needed.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design, preferably in the tech or healthcare sectors.
  • Experience with SaaS onboarding processes and strategies.
  • Proven success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with AI technologies or e-learning platforms is a plus

Skills & Abilities 

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
  • Ability to create compelling collateral, including images, blog posts, articles, and videos.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including SEO tools, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
  • Basic website creation and management skills, including familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is an advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of marketing regulations and best practices in the healthcare sector is advantageous.
