Job Summary

We are looking to hire a qualified, dynamic and results oriented Media Buyer. He/She will be directly responsible for managing campaigns life cycle inclusive of planning, buying, creative and optimization, measurements, ongoing account management. The Media Buyer should build and grow the business by running creative media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media buying.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage campaigns life cycle inclusive of planning, buying, creative and optimization, measurements, ongoing account management, making recommendations, etc.
  • Actively set up, execute, manage, and optimize numerous campaigns within multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Optimize campaign performance daily using different tools and excel based data analysis
  • Use critical thinking & analytical skills to analyze complex data sets to make decisions to beat client goals
  • Run weekly reports for client’s campaigns (performance, pacing etc.) and communicate performance reports and learnings with client(s), and internal team lead.
  • Develop an understanding of A/B and split testing methodologies on campaigns
  • Serve as an expert to clients around our organization and expertise, and what sets us apart from competitors
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the wider media buying ecosystem and the modern media agency
  • Exemplify curiosity and keep abreast of industry developments, learning new technology platforms to provide recommendations to client teams

Requirements

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related experience.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in media buying (performance-driven preferred)

Prior working experience in a Marketing, PR agency or e-commerce setting is required.

  • Direct hands-on experience working in any of the following platforms: Google ads, Facebook ad manager, ESKIMI, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
  • Experience with ad serving solutions, tag management, and operations, including types of tags, their differences, and what to use in certain scenarios.
  • Understand online delivery technology, especially marketing technology (e. g. cookies, Ad Servers, etc.)
  • Familiar with campaign success metrics: conversions, pacing, target CPA’s, secondary conversions.
  • Prior experience in reporting, strategic planning, and performance management of campaigns
  • Strong analytical/quantitative skills with the ability to draw insights from large data sets
