Summary

Royal Media Services Limited is recruiting for a Digital Content Producer with extensive experience producing compelling digital content that resonates with the online community. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of creating compelling digital content across various platforms and a strong understanding of digital content production. As the Digital Content Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire content production process, from concept development to distribution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that content aligns with our brand identity and objectives.

The Digital Content Producer’s role will include the following:

  • Conceptualize and produce relatable digital content across various genres that drives engagement and increase brand awareness.
  • Lead a team of content creators, including video editors, videographers, designers, and multimedia producers, to produce high-quality digital content.
  • Oversee the content production process, from brainstorming and ideation to execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with RMS internal teams – editorial, commercial, marketing and production to understand business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Attend Client Briefings and help to transform their ideas to productions.
  • Manage content calendars and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of client and editorial content.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital content production and distribution.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to team members to help them improve their skills and grow professionally.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to integrate content into overall marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate professional approach and appearance including enthusiasm, drive, commitment, honesty, trust and loyalty
  • Keep abreast of evolving trends through continuing professional education in the area of digital platforms

Academic and professional Experience

  • Bachelors/Diploma in Communication/TV production with relevant practical experience.
  • A deep understanding of programming across social media channels, including experience creating original video for social platforms
  • Proven knowledge of digital media and content landscape is required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Adobe Media Encoder and Final Cut Pro is required.
