Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop proposals and presentations that outline the benefits of digital advertising.
  • Foster relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Ensure that client needs and expectations are met consistently.
  • Provide feedback to clients on campaign performance and potential optimizations.
  • Monitor and report on the latest trends in digital advertising.
  • Analyze competitive activity and strategize to stay ahead.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure campaigns are executed effectively.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to manage billing and payments.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of digital advertising campaigns.
  • Recommend optimizations based on data-driven insights.
  • Educate clients on the benefits and ROI of digital advertising.
  • Keep clients updated on the latest digital advertising techniques and platforms.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor sales metrics and ensure a healthy sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital sales.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, trends, and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using digital analytics tools.
  • A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and strategy formulation.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand clients’ needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrable capability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to understand and interpret analytics and performance metrics.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for digital advertising.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently.
