Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site Dining Room Waitress role located in Mombasa County, Kenya. The Dining Room Waitress will provide excellent customer service by taking and delivering food and beverage orders, ensuring guests have a welcoming and pleasant dining experience.
• Key responsibilities include presenting the menu, making recommendations, serving meals, addressing customer requests or concerns, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining area.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Experience and knowledge in Food & Beverage and Food Service to understand menu items, make recommendations, and serve dishes efficiently.
• Basic Cooking knowledge is a plus for understanding food preparation processes and providing informed suggestions to guests.
• Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining space.
• Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is an advantage.
