Direct Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to provide product information, resolve issues, and assist in selecting products that meet their needs.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize business directories and existing client leads to identify potential customers and expand the client base.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations that align with the type of sales outlet and customer preferences in logbook loan sales
  • Negotiation and Closing: Determine terms and pricing for product sales and service agreements, and close sales effectively.
  • Market Research: Conduct market surveys to gather information on pricing, competition, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Provide periodic reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to management.
  • Customer Support: Address customer complaints and suggest product modifications based on sales statistics and market research findings.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and present products.
  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and sales activities efficiently.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools to manage customer relationships and sales performance.
