Summary

Kivukoni School is recruiting an Operations Director as we continue to expand. Overseeing financial and logistical systems, this post will cut across many aspects of school life to ensure compliance and optimum efficiency in all areas of school logistics, finance and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead system implementation to enhance all operations (non academic) in the school.
• Work closely with various teams and departments to optimise provisions and services in the school community.
• Develop financial programs and pursue funding and income generating activities to enhance the quality of education and to sustain the inclusive school culture in the long term.

Qualifications and Skills

• Advanced knowledge and wide experience in Finance, ICT, HR and cross functional team building in International schools.
• Committed to making long term impact through education.
