Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creating and expanding the network of Associate partners from IT community, accountants’ fraternity, and similar relevant segments.
  • Owning and achieving the business goals and objectives by creating and nurturing the sales ecosystem.
  • Creating and mentoring Certified Partner Team, Associate Partner Team and Direct Account sales teams.
  • Evaluate and establish appropriate distribution relationships to maximize reach.
  • Ensure success and growth of certified partners.
  • Continuous exploration and creation of large opportunities by directly engaging with strategic entities, trade bodies and Govt organizations.
  • Manage strategic distributor relationships to achieve POS growth with High Service, Broad Line and Specialty distribution partners globally
  • Conduct product trainings for Distributors virtually and at branch/corporate offices
  • Represent the organization at corporate events and workshops

Requirements

  • Degree in Sales & Marketing.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Prior Experience in managing direct and indirect sales operations in similar space.
  • Experience with ICT Channels in Kenya.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create and implement sales plans
  • Ability to analyze sales data
  • Presentation and analytical skills
  • Management and leadership skills
  • Ability to develop budgets and sales strategies
  • Aptitude for mentoring and coaching sales reps
  • Strategic Thinker.
