• As a Donut Artist, you will represent our client brand by providing excellent customer service and preparing high-quality Donut Designs. You’ll greet guests, take orders, handle food safely, and maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Prepare and serve Donuts and other menu items according to Nicks Donuts® standards.
• Operate food preparation equipment and follow food safety procedures.
• Handle cash, operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food preparation area, customer areas, and restrooms.
• Replenish food, condiments, and supplies as needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Provide a great guest experience every time.

• No prior experience necessary—training will be provided.
• Good communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player
