Driver Trainer

What We’re Looking For:

  • 20+ Years Experience in heavy commercial vehicle operations & driver coaching.
  • Expert Scania Mastery — Deep hands-on knowledge of Scania trucks, Opticruise transmission, Retarder systems, and FMS telematics.
  • Clean HGV/CE License with a stellar safety track record.
  •  Eco-Driving Expert focused on safety, load security, and fuel efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and evaluate new fleet drivers.
  • Deliver advanced Scania technical & defensive driving training.
  • Monitor telematics to optimize driver safety & reduce fuel costs.
  • Conduct in-cab coaching and accident remediation.
