Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in equipment/machine maintenance.
• Good understanding of electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer/mobile application and CRM skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at different dealer/customer locations.
• A valid driving license is an added advantage.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Install, service, repair, and carry out preventive maintenance of Dealer Tinting System (DTS) machines.
• Troubleshoot machine faults and respond to breakdowns within agreed SLA timelines.
• Calibrate DTS machines and ensure proper operation and uptime
• Handle assigned CRM complaints and maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
• Provide technical support to dealers/customers and report major technical issues.
• Coordinate spare parts, software/settings updates, and related technical requirements
