Job Description

We are a locally owned mid-sized educational printing and publishing company located in Nairobi and a wide distribution channel around all the 47 counties.We publish quality revision books, encyclopaedias and continuous evaluation assessment test,which are in line with the current syllabus,at the best reasonable and affordable prices for both primary and secondary schools in Kenya. All our educational materials have a strong focus on the success of a learner in either K.C.P.E or K.C.S.E examinations.Learners who use Targeter products always excel in academics at all levels. We also offer printing services for newspapers and periodicals at our press in Embakasi.

Are you passionate about shaping impactful educational content? A leading Nairobi-based publishing firm is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Editor to join our growing team.

In this role, you will refine manuscripts for clarity and accuracy while managing the editorial process from development to proofreading, working closely with authors and designers to deliver high-quality, learner-centered content aligned with the CBC/CBE curriculum.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience in publishing and editing books/examinations
  • Strong understanding of CBC/CBE curriculum
  • Excellent attention to detail and ICT skills
  • Critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving ability
  • Strong work ethic, teamwork, and high integrity
  • Teaching experience is an added advantage
