This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya for an EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Manager. The EHS Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all safety, health, and environmental activities across the organization. This includes developing and implementing policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and minimizing risks to employees, customers, and the environment. The EHS Manager will also be responsible for leading training programs and carrying out safety audits and investigations, as necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in safety, health, and environmental management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and lead a team to achieve results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
• Ability to think critically and analytically to solve complex problems and improve processes
• Certification in safety management or other relevant field is a plus
