Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical plan interpretation & design coordination
  • Supervision of LV/HV installations, lighting, DBs & auxiliary systems
  • Testing & commissioning (continuity, insulation, earth loop, functional testing)
  • Compliance with NEC / IEC standards
  • Issuing Certificate of Compliance (COC)
  • MEP coordination & subcontractor management
  • As-built documentation & project handover

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in accommodation or hospitality projects
  • Expertise in testing, commissioning & certification
  • Experience with transformers, switchgear, earthing & protection systems
  • Ability to manage site operations and electrical teams
  • Knowledge of international electrical standards
