The successful candidate reporting to the General Manager, will be responsible for managing overall electrical engineering function. He should possess extensive knowledge of global manufacturing processes, covering equipment design, client site installation, and product delivery. He must demonstrate expertise in design and calculation software, ensuring successful project execution. He will also be responsible for working closely with international suppliers of mills spare parts.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Electrical/Instrumentation and Control/Mechatronics Engineering.
• At least 10 years’ experience in Electrical Engineering in a manufacturing industry or related industry.
• Sound knowledge of Electrical Engineering.
• Strong personality and work ethics coupled with a strong sense of integrity.
• Sound knowledge in Programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HMI and SCADA systems, Maintenance management, Industrial automation and control and Electrical & Electronic systems repairs.
• Ability to build and work in a team environment.
• Problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, organized and work calmly and effectively under pressure.
