Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant subject(s)
• Teacher certification from an accredited university/college
• Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience
• Cultural proficiency and understanding of intercultural learning with teaching experience in a multicultural setting
• Competent in using educational technology, including Google Suite, and experience integrating technology
• Fluent English speaker with excellent writing and communication skills
• Solid understanding of pedagogy and instructional approaches aligned with ISK’s educational aims:
  • Constructivism, conceptual inquiry, transdisciplinary
  • Understanding by Design and Universal Design for Learning
  • Workshop model (structure and philosophy)
  • Inclusion
  • Responsive Classrooms and Restorative Justice
