Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in English, English Literature, Linguistics, Education (English), or a related field from a recognized institution.
• A valid Teaching Certificate or registration with the relevant professional body (where applicable).
• Proven experience teaching IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, Cambridge English or other international English proficiency examinations.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in a college, TVET, or secondary school environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in English grammar, writing, speaking, listening, and reading instruction.
• Experience preparing students for national or international English examinations is an added advantage.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, reliability, and commitment to academic excellence.
• Ability to mentor, motivate, and support learners from diverse educational and cultural backgrounds.
• Flexibility to work as per the institution’s schedule.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet frequently occurring deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent Research and Critical thinking skills.
• Time management skills and attention to detail.
