The EHSS Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment by identifying potential hazards, conducting risk assessments, implementing safety policies, training employees on safety procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant environmental, health and safety regulations. This role also involves driving sustainability initiatives, monitoring workplace conditions, investigating accidents, and advising management on safety improvements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Environmental Science or related discipline.
• Five years experience in Environment, H&S and Sustainability.
• NEBOSH H&S certificate or diploma training.
• Training on a recognised Sustainability standards/ reporting frameworks (IFRS-SI and S2, TCFD, GRI, SASB.
