ER Nurse

Academic and Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)/Kenya Registered Community Health Nursing (KRCHN)
  • Higher National Diploma in Kenya Registered Accident & Emergency Nursing
  • Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or must obtain within 6 months of hire)
  • Valid License
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in emergency or acute care nursing
  • Strong clinical and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent leadership, team coordination, and interpersonal communication
