Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi for an Events and Activations Executive. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events and activations to promote brand visibility and engagement. Responsibilities include managing event logistics, building vendor relationships, overseeing budgets, and ensuring successful on-ground execution. The candidate will also be responsible for creative input, audience engagement strategies, and post-event analysis to measure impact and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in events/activations/BTL
• Event Planning, Coordination, and Execution skills
• Stakeholder management (agencies, suppliers, clients)
• Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Vendor Relationship Management and Budget Oversight
• Creative Thinking and Brand Engagement Strategies
• Analytical skills for Post-Event Evaluation
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Experience in Marketing or Public Relations is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communication, or a related field
