Job Description

Janta Kenya is a HR Consultancy firm established with an objective of encompassing integral and necessary skills that most individuals and organizations need in everyday business.

Summary

As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing schedules, arranging appointments, coordinating travel plans, and handling administrative tasks for the Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Director’s calendars and schedule appointments.
  • Managing Directors phone calls and emails.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Prepare and organize meetings, including agendas and materials.
  • Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of executives.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks as required.
  • Take minutes of staff meetings and any other meetings as may be requested
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements

Skill & Experience

  •  Bachelor’s degree /Diploma in Communication, Administration or related field
  •  Proven 1-2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  •  Discretion and confidentiality.
  •  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  •  Attention to detail and accuracy.
