Key responsibilities

• Develop product formulations per product brief.
• Perform benchmark analysis of market samples.
• Perform quality control analysis of developed prototypes in alignment with the quality control team.
• Make technology presentations for new and for all research and development projects. Develop and refine specification for new or existing products.
• Performs stability study of prototypes and initial commercial manufacturing order. Work on trouble shooting.
• Deliver new products on schedule and within specification through working with leadership team member and production team to improve time to market by products development life cycle and improving the product developed.
• Work alongside multiple departments with all aspects of product roll-out including marketing, creative – training and materials.
• Oversee the review of documents changes for research and development impact.
• Spearhead ISO and CGMP incorporation in the department.
• Ensure proper record keeping for data generated for product registration for submission to Government Regulatory Agencies.
• Develop new product formulations as per customer specification.

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Degree in analytical chemistry
• Good communication skills
• Leadership skills
• Problem solving skills.
• Minimum 3years experience in similar role
• Experience in formulation development background handling personal care formulations in reputed company
