We are a Kenyan recruiting firm for Kenyans who want to work abroad in countries such as the Gulf countries (Dubai, Qatar etc), Canada, etc.

We are looking for an experienced person, who has worked at a busy recruiting agency office and is well-versed with employment and labor laws, especially when dealing with foreigners and internal clients and Kenyans who go to work in foreign countries.

The relevant knowledge and experience include the rights and obligations of both the agency and the employee, contract requirements, Training, VISA and passport requirements and applications, Medicals, NEA and labour as well as foreign affairs ministry requirements and expectations on compliance including making the relevant reports and returns.
