Job Description

Field Service Technician

JOB PURPOSE

  • The incumbent will bring 5+ years’ experience in electronic security systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and effective communication and customer service skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or higher in Telecommunications, Electrical and Electronics Engineering Professional certifications in IT (CNNA, cap, MCSE)
  • Certifications in vendor specific Electronic Security Systems-Lenel, Hikvision.
  • IOS, RISCO, TYCO and related solutions.
  • Computer literacy with good understanding of MS OFFICE Suite.
  • Knowledge of AUTOCAD an added advantage.
  • Completion of a recognized vocational training in electronics, motor vehicle electrician or mechanic.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Over 5 years’ experience in installation and maintenance of Electronic Security and Safety Systems.
  • Good understanding of Integrated Security System s . Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve electronic security systems
  • Demonstrated good communication and customer service skills.
