Job Description

At Palette Point Solutions We Provide complete Waterproofing Systems to all concrete structures both new and refurbished. We have a wide range of systems for keeping water in and keeping water out.

Finance and Administration Officer

Your Duties and Responsibilities

Finance Leadership

  • Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and reporting across projects and properties
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, manage audits, and maintain internal controls
  • Oversee tax planning, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Optimize cash flow and manage financial relationships (banks, investors)

Operational Oversight

  • Drive efficiency across logistics, inventory, and administration
  • Lead high-performing teams and support their professional development
  • Design and implement SOPs to improve service delivery
  • Ensure seamless coordination across departments

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance (CPA-K/ICPAK registered)
  • 5+ years in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong experience in ERP systems and financial reporting
  • Proven ability to manage profitability and strategic growth
  • Exceptional skills in budgeting, forecasting, audit management, and compliance
