Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Group financial strategy, budgets and forecasts
  • Oversee consolidated financial reporting and performance analysis
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, fundraising and working capital
  • Review project budgets, margins, costs and commercial performance
  • Strengthen financial controls, governance and risk management
  • Oversee intercompany accounting, transfer pricing, tax and statutory compliance
  • Lead finance teams and partner with business leaders
  • Drive finance systems, automation and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or related field
  • CPA(K), ACCA or CIMA mandatory; good standing with relevant body
  • Minimum 7 years’ progressive finance experience, including 3 years in senior finance leadership
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth business, building scalable finance functions
  • Group or multi-country finance operations experience preferred Strong (FP&A), Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Audit, Working Capital Management and Cash Flow Management
  • Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication and commercial skills
