Finance Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily processing of financial transactions with accuracy.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits while maintaining strong internal financial controls
  • Ensure compliance with financial and legal regulations and company policies.
  • Trade finance management, import cost accounting.
  • Regulatory and Customs Compliance, and Foreign Exchange (FX) Risk Management Work with HR to collect, verify, and process monthly payroll data
  • Maintain the General Ledger with proper classifications and supporting documents.
  • Maintain inventory records for office assets, including IT equipment and furniture.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies.
  • Prepare financial plans, monitor operating expenses, and project future capital requirements
  • Arrange domestic/international travel for staff (flights, hotels, transport).
  • Organize logistics for meetings, client visits, and company events (venues, catering, materials).
  • Develop and maintain secure, efficient digital and physical filing systems.
  • Provide administrative support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent qualifications (CPA/ACCA Foundation) plus relevant experience.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in combined finance and administration roles.
  • Demonstrated skills in finance, accounting, and office administration.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPS, formulas).
  • Proficiency with accounting systems (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, SAP).
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in financial reporting and administrative tasks. .
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize diverse tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Integrity & Confidentiality: Handles sensitive information with discretion.
  • Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
  • Problem-Solving: Investigates discrepancies and improves processes.
  • Flexible in fast-paced, changing environments.
