Person Specification

Academic Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, and Accounting or its equivalents from a recognized institution. An MBA will be an added advantage.

Professional Qualification : CPA/ACCA or its equivalent from a recognized institution

Experience : Minimum of 5 years of insurance industry experience

• Knowledge of applicable regulations including IRA, KRA, CMA, IASB IFRSs, and IFRS 17
