Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager, based in Kiambu County, Kenya. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial operations, analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for providing financial advice and guidance to senior management and developing and implementing financial strategies.

Salary Range: Ksh. 90,000 to Ksh. 100,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• CPA-K Finalist
• Previous work experience in a warehouse/FMCG is a must
• At least 3 years experience in a similar role
• Financial analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in financial reporting and compliance with local and international regulations
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Management and leadership skills
