Job Purpose:

Assist EMEA finance team with the financial management and control of Control Risks entities

Key deliverables

• Intercompany projects clean up
• IC invoicing and settlements.
• Intercompany project clearing accounts
• Intercompany settlements in and out of all EMEA entities.
• Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled and ledger settled.
• Sales ledger accounts settlements and substantiation. Revenue and accrued/deferred income recs.
• Purchase ledger accounts settlements and substantiation.
• Completeness of liabilities by performing sequence checks of purchase orders or alternative controls.
• Prepayments accounts recons and clean up as per source documents.
• Bank reconciliations review and status update for all EMEA bank and petty cash accounts.
• Reconcile Local VAT//Sales Tax and settlement accounts to actual pending liabilities.
• Ensure all payroll control and deductions accounts are accurately reconciled.
• Ensure all company corporate card pooling accounts are reconciled and settled.
• Clearing of currency Fx issues within Microsoft D365.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft D365 accounting system is a MUST.
• Over 2 years of practical accounting experience is a MUST.
• Experience of working in a similar role
• Experience of working with a general ledger system
• Knowledge of double entry accounting
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
