Job Description

MNR Solutions Pvt. Duties and responsibilities:

  • Planning, Coordination, and Control of the Accounting and Financial functions of the company.
  • Financial Planning in order to meet the requirements for business.
  • Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.
  • Develop and execute analysis of various business initiatives (e.g., opening new operations, asset acquisition, new revenue stream launches).
  • Tax Planning: To keep up to date with the latest tax laws and make recommendations accordingly.
  • Regulating, supervising, and implementing accurate accounting books in good time. Oversee the Implementation of the established accounting system
  • Preparation of Product Costing and Pricing information.
  • Implementing a financial audit on a continuous basis for purposes of monitoring the company’s financial performance
  • Constantly checking the financial control systems in order to monitor the income generated by the company against the expenses.
  • Understanding the financial systems, operations, plans, accounting, audits, and budget of the company and ensuring that everything is done within budget.
  • Ensuring fiscal discipline and better utilization of resources.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management accounts.
  • Ensuring that the company complies with all audits, accounting, and reporting requirements as set by regulatory bodies.
  • Planning, Coordination, and Control of the Procurement process including liaising with suppliers.
  • Materials Procurement Planning in order to meet the requirements as per established Procedures
  • Managing the logistical resources needed for procurement, imports, and exports.
  • Dealing with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and insurance companies.
  • Ensuring director’s payments are made (i.e. utility bills, taxes), managing directors’ personal properties (invoicing tenants, inventory, collections, rent, making payments, etc.)
  • Communication, Teamwork

Education & Experience:

  • Graduate in Accounts, finance
  • Minimum 8 years experience in a similar position
  • Languages: Proficient in English
  • Knowledge of ISO QMS, FSMS, EMS, OHSAS
  • Computer literate
  • Any combination of experience and education to perform the job allotted.
