Job Description

We are a Management Consultancy firm and we commenced active business in Kenya April 2016.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage fleet operations using the Fleet Management System.
  • Track and document the dispatch and delivery of goods, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, driver assignments, and fuel consumption.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling vehicle maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Generate reports on fleet performance and provide insights for improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to fleet management.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle unexpected challenges.

  • Knowledge of fleet management systems and software is an advantage.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatch and supply chain tracking.
  • A Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business administration or a related field.
  • Familiarity with fleet management systems and logistics software is desirable.
  • Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and fleet operations.
