We are a food catering company, cooking for all types of events, including weddings, “before the wedding” functions, parties, conferences, corporate and office functions, birthday parties, launches, to name a few. Let your event be Simply Divine!

Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager

  • We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to shape the future of food and beverage in one of Kenya’s premier fast-growing catering company.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all food and beverage operations, including on-site catering events and service at different locations.
  • Manage, train, and supervise service teams, ensuring consistent standards across all deployment points.
  • Plan, organize, and execute events, ensuring timely delivery, quality service, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health compliance in line with company standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow during events and daily operations.
  • Handle client communication, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Prepare and submit reports on event performance and operational efficiency to managements

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in hospitality management, with exposure to events management.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of managing multiple teams across different locations.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
  • Good organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
