About the role

Our Client is seeking to hire a competent, highly proficient French speaking Tour Consultant to join our Client’s multi-lingual team of experts to deliver outstanding services to their global clients.

  • Receive enquiry, opening tour file, evaluate and respond, preparing quotations
  • Translate quotations and itineraries into English language from French and vice versa
  • Handle all communication with the French speaking clients
  • Confirming bookings, process all administrative functions such as booking tours, making reservations, receiving confirmations, reconfirmations, maintaining files and invoicing Agent
  • Prepare tour file, guest envelope, book vehicle; calculate water allowance, brief tour guide on all pertinent aspects of the tour
  • Ensuring all tour related data is input into the System.
  • Complete all final activities before closing files.
  • Develop and maintain close agent relationships.
  • Ensure accuracy in tour package offers.

Minimum requirements

  • Must possess strong Communication skills – verbal and written in French Language
  • Relevant degree and/Diploma level education preferably in Tourism and Hospitality Sectors
  • Minimum two years experience
  • Strong Customer Service and Excellent inter-personal skills across all levels
  • Attention to detail and with an analytical mind
  • Time Management and Organization Skills
  • ICT Proficient
