1. Relationship Manager, Corporate Medical

  • End to end proactive management of Intermediaries/clients Relationships within assigned portfolio of schemes
  • Ensure top notch customer experience is provided to intermediaries/clients at all times while working closely with other departments
  • Contribute to the growth of the portfolio (topline) to the set annual targets through retention, acquisition of new business and renewals
  • Responsible for obtaining and providing correct market intelligence on renewal/new business to ensure it is correctly/competitively priced
  • Proactively manage and reduce all costs including cost controls for adverse performing schemes
  • Support on excess and premium collection

2. Sales Manager, Retail Medical

  • Management of the Banc assurance, Broker and Alternative Business Distribution Channels so as to ensure; Increase in the number of the distribution channels partners
  • Attain product revenue targets
  • Ensure profitability of the relevant channel at appropriate cost levels Provide Training support for the distribution channel partners
  • Ensure effective internal controls, policies and procedures are in place across the credit control section
  • Implement Performance Management for Alternative Channel Distribution Channel Activities.
  • Managing an efficient sales cycle (sales pipeline) and value based service cycle through use of Product bundling to drive the business goals

3. Direct Sales Representative

  • Personally contact and secure new business accounts/customers
  • Promote/sell/secure new business from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
  • Cross-sell and up-sell Retail Products to existing customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business
  • Customer visits and sales pitch presentation to existing and prospective customers

4. Recovery Officer

  • Maintain and update proper records of the company’s recoveries and expected recoveries from other Insurance Companies
  • Ensure that initial demand has been sent out on all recovery matters
  • Quantify and document the company’s recovery claims to the third parties within reasonable time
  • Promptly deal with third party claims that fall under Knock for Knock for purposes of cost cutting on claims
  • Appoint tracers to investigate legal/beneficial ownership of third party vehicles, economic status and physical addresses for purposes of pursuing recovery through court

5. Business Development Manager, Broker Channel

  • Providing strong leadership in the development of the business under the broker channel so as to support the achievement of the department’s objectives, business plan, ensuring delivery and maintenance of highest standard of customer service and marketing of the company products
  • Contributing to the formulation of and review of business plan and budgets and ensuring success
  • Identification of new business leads, liaison with brokers, maintenance of sales funnel and continuous follow up of prospects (negotiations) to ensure high quotation conversion rates
  • Conducting market research, analyzing business trends in the market and providing market intelligence to the Head of Business Development for key business decisions for sustainable upward growth of the channel
