Our team at KSPCA is looking for a warm, organised, and people-focused Front of House Manager to lead our visitor experience at the Nairobi shelter. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations-welcoming guests, coordinating visits and adoptions, and ensuring that everyone who walks through our doors feels informed, supported, and inspired by our work.

You’ll oversee front-of-house activities, manage a small team, and ensure that our reception and visitor areas run smoothly and reflect the professionalism and compassion at the core of KSPCA. From handling inquiries and resolving concerns to guiding visitors on safe interactions with animals, you’ll play a key role in connecting people to our mission. We’re looking for someone who is approachable, dependable, and confident in managing both people and processes. You should have strong communication skills, a natural ability to stay organised, and a calm, solution-oriented approach—especially in a dynamic environment. Experience in a customer-facing role is important, and being comfortable around animals is essential.
