Job Description

Requirements:     

Education

  • CERTIFICATE/DIPLOMA IN FRONT OFFICE OR RELATED FIELD. MUST HAVE STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND PRESENTABLE COMPUTER LITERATE WITH SKILLS IN OFFICE PACKAGE AND HOTEL OPERATING SYSTEMS MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER AND BE A PERSON OF HIGH LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM

Experience:

  • PREVIOUS WORKING EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR FRONT OFFICE POSITION FOR A MINIMUM OF 2-3 YEARS IN A HOTEL.

Salary:

  • KSHS. 30,000 – 40,000 PLUS COMPANY BENEFITS

Additional Attributes:

  • FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST WILL ENSURE EFFECTIVE HANDLING OF GUESTS TASKS ALL THROUGH STAY ENSURING FOLLOW UP, GUEST NEEDS ANTICIPATION AND ENSURING GUEST SATISFACTION. HE/SHE WILL ALSO CROSS CHECK RESERVATIONS AND PRE-ALLOCATE ROOMS, AND CROSS CHECK ALL EVENTS BOOKINGS GETTING ALL DETAILS BEFOREHAND AMONGST OTHER DUTIES.
