QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales leadership or management, with a focus on business-to- business (B2B) and enterprise sales in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of fiber optic technology, telecommunications infrastructure, and enterprise networking solutions.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting.
• Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to drive sales revenue and meet or exceed targets.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated territory as needed.
