• Strong understanding of FTTH technology, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing sales teams.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting.
• Valid Driving License
