Job Description

We build hyper-customized ERP solutions for clients spanning over 80+ industries across the MENA Region, supporting SMB’s, Multi-Nationals and Government entities. Our cloud based software suite includes HRMS, CRM, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Intelligence and more.

Position Overview: 

As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our HRMIS platforms. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your expertise in React, Vue.js, and Node.js will be critical in creating seamless, scalable, and robust applications that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high standards of code quality and best practices are followed.
  • Architecture and Design: Design and architect scalable, efficient, and maintainable applications using React and Vue.js for frontend development and Node.js for backend development.
  • Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both frontend and backend systems. Implement new features, fix bugs, and enhance existing functionalities.
  • Integration: Integrate with various APIs and third-party services to enhance platform capabilities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Testing and Deployment: Ensure rigorous testing of applications, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Oversee deployment processes and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • HRMIS Expertise: Leverage your previous experience with HRMIS platforms to contribute to the design and implementation of features specific to human resource management and information systems.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our platform.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Technologies: Proficiency in React and Vue.js for frontend development, and Node.js for backend development.
  • HRMIS Experience: Previous experience working with HRMIS platforms is highly desirable.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading development teams and managing complex projects.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
