Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons to all students.
• Teach according to individual students’ and groups’ educational needs, abilities and achievements. Encourage and develop physical fitness and skills to build the learners’ self-esteem through sports.
• Monitor attendance of students in class and ensure high standard of practice and teaching.
• Advise and collaborate with other teachers and school communities to prepare and develop teaching materials, programs and assessments.
• Review and evaluate the teaching and learning strategies, methodologies and programs aligned with the school and Waldorf curriculum

Core and Qualifications

• Must have degree in Physical Education.
• Must be registered with the Teachers Service Commission.
• Must have 5 years progressive working experience.
• Waldorf experience will be an added advantage. Must be a certified life saver.
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to teach Mathematics in the primary school.
