Google Ads SEA Manager

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube to achieve company objectives
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to inform campaign targeting, optimize ad groups, and identify new growth opportunities
  • Write, test, and optimize ad copy to maximize CTR (click-through rate) and conversion rates
  • Set up and monitor audience segmentation and targeting, leveraging custom audiences and retargeting strategies for improved relevance and engagement
  • Perform ongoing campaign analysis, including tracking KPIs, preparing reports, and providing actionable insights
  • Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to enhance campaign performance
  • Collaborate with the marketing and analytics teams to align campaigns with broader marketing initiatives and ensure consistency in messaging
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve our advertising approach

Requirements

  •  3+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube, with proven success in scaling campaigns and improving ROI.
  •  Proven track record of managing monthly ad budgets of $20,000+ with a clear ability to optimize spending and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  •  Expert proficiency in Google Ads tools, including Google Keyword Planner, Display Planner, and Google Ads Editor.
  •  Advanced skills in keyword research and ad group optimization, with hands-on experience creating high-performing keyword strategies and identifying profitable long-tail keywords.
  •  Strong copywriting skills for Google Ads, with experience in crafting compelling ad text that improves click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.
  •  Experience in A/B testing ad copy, creative, and targeting options to enhance performance, with data-driven decisions based on split-test results.
  •  Ability to set up and analyze conversion tracking through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads to measure campaign success and make data-informed adjustments.
  •  Advanced understanding of audience segmentation, including custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting techniques for improved engagement and relevance.
  •  Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Data Studio for creating comprehensive campaign reports and dashboards that showcase key metrics and actionable insights.
  •  Familiarity with automated bidding strategies and manual bid adjustments for optimizing campaign performance based on goals, whether it’s CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) or ROAS.
  •  Experience in integrating Google Ads campaigns with broader marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with branding and messaging across channels.
