As part of our talent development strategy, Victory Farms is recruiting Cohort 8 of the Graduate Aquaculture Learning and Training (GALT) Programme for 2026–2028. We are seeking exceptional graduates who have demonstrated strong academic excellence but possess little or no practical work experience, offering them a unique opportunity to gain hands-on skills.

GALT aims to provide an opportunity to Candidates to experience several different areas of the business before choosing a final career path within the Company.

Requirements

• Must possess a 2nd Class Upper undergraduate Degree in Aquaculture and Fisheries, Animal Science, Degree in Applied Statistics, Marine Biology, Environmental Science, Actuarial Science or a Business-related Degree.
• A Mean grade of at least B Plain in KCSE or its equivalent with a minimum of C+ in both English & Mathematics
• Must have graduated not more than 2 Years ago.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-driven and Innovative
• Commitment to excellence.

GALT Programme Details
