Graduate Trainee (Finance)

  • Miale Solar is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Trainee – Finance to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate pursuing or having completed CPA (Part II or fully qualified) and looking to gain practical hands-on experience in accounting and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and reconciliations
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense records
  • Maintain accurate financial documentation and filing systems
  • Support budgeting, audit preparation, and compliance processes
  • Perform data entry and financial analysis as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Commerce (Accounting/Finance option preferred) or related field
  • CPA Part II completed or CPA finalist / fully completed CPA
  • Recent graduate with up to 1 year of experience or internship exposure in finance/accounting
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail and integrity
  • Proficiency in Excel (accounting system knowledge is an added advantage)
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn
