About the Role

• We’re looking for a talented designer who understands brands to join our marketing team and help present our properties and our brand consistently across print and digital.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to: Marketing Manager
• Produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, property flyers, adverts, signage and presentations, working mainly from established brand templates
• Apply our brand guidelines accurately and consistently across every piece of work
• Create engaging content for our social media channels and help plan and run campaigns
• Support our sales, rentals and commercial agents with their marketing needs, with requests coordinated through the Marketing Manager, while meeting tight deadlines

Qualifications

• Min 5 years’ experience in graphic design and social media marketing

Required Skills

• A clear understanding of branding and experience working within strict brand guidelines
• Strong command of the Adobe design suite, especially InDesign (Photoshop and Illustrator also expected)
• Comfortable working with templates quickly and accurately, with a sharp eye for detail
• Able to manage several projects at once in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in planning, designing and executing campaigns on social media across various social media platforms
• Experience and knowledge of video editing software
• Eager to learn, take ownership and grow with us
• Real estate or property marketing experience is a plus
