We are looking for a Head of Car Sales to drive business growth through aggressive customer
acquisition & customer retention, achieving sales targets and growing market share.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The following are duties you will be responsible for:
● Manage a team of car sales officers and ensure they hit their sales target
● Develop sales strategies for achievement of set monthly KPI’s
● Create and build relationships with car clients, and the decision-makers within the car
industry
● Understand and stay abreast of and comply with local regulations that affect the
automobile sales industry
● Any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

We believe that you will succeed better if you possess the following:
● 2-3 years of experience in selling of second hand local vehicles
● 2 – 3 years managing a team of car sales officers
● Experience in the end to end process of selling locally used vehicles
● Excellent sales, leadership, communication and reporting skills

● Established relationship with car yards, brokers, dealers and banks will be an added
advantage
● Aggressive go getter attitude
● Knowledge of Google Office Suite
